Slow braised shin of beef cooked gently with red wine, tomato and herbs until rich and tender. Layered with pasta sheets and velvety béchamel, finished with mozzarella, parmesan and mature cheddar.
Deep, glossy, proper.
Ingredients
Shin of beef, onion, garlic, tomato, tomato paste, red wine, beef stock, olive oil, sugar, sea salt, black pepper, dried herbs, pasta sheets (WHEAT – GLUTEN), butter (MILK), flour (GLUTEN), milk (DAIRY) mozzarella (MILK), parmesan (MILK), cheddar (MILK).

Heating
Oven 180°C (fan 170°C).
650g: 30–35 minutes.
